Cancellations by student: All cancellations received in writing (email acceptable) fourteen (14) days before the affected session will receive a full refund. Refunds or changes requested after this time will require a medical note. You may reschedule your child for a new date at the cost of a $10 rebooking fee
Cancellations by Kidproof: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrolment, instructor illness or other reasons beyond our control. In the case that we have to cancel a class, we will notify customers immediately and offer a full refund or to reschedule without penalty
Home Study Programs are non refundable.
Email Confirmations: are a reminder for the classes and should not be considered FINAL CONFIRMATIONS. We cannot guarantee delivery of all email due to the fact that we have no control over the quality or reliability of individual ISP's (Internet Service Providers).
