One of the most popular family vacations is getting away to an all-inclusive resort for some much-deserved rest and relaxation. Your food, drinks and activities are all covered, and most of the major resort chains are completely kid friendly. Many resorts even offer kids' clubs, where parents can leave their children for a few hours and get some downtime.

They're colourful, bouncy, and provide hours of fun for kids. Inflatables are a hit at birthday parties and have become a backyard fixture; you can buy a small bouncy castle for under $200. But, these seemingly innocent inflatables have caused injuries and deaths – more than other types of amusement rides.
“Teak surfing” behind boats remains popular, despite dozens of deaths from carbon monoxide poisoning. Here's how it works: you hang onto the swim platform of the boat (many swim platforms are made of teak, hence the name), body surfing on the waves created by the boat pulling you along at full speed.
