Kent and Jodi Janz have a mission: to offer Kidproof child safety programs in every community in Central Alberta. “We want to have a Kidproof presence everywhere,” says Jodi. “There are so many rural areas and small towns in Alberta, and our goal is to reach every single one of them!”
While Lisa Porter feels that she's provided students with invaluable skills through Kidproof's child safety programs, she also feels like she's getting an education. “The whole thing has been a giant learning experience,” she says. “One of the most fundamental experiences has been with the kids - learning from them, and in exchange teaching them."
